Public Program

Saturday 8 July, 2pm: performance by Angus McGrath, as part of the Back and Forth Intergenerational Conversation event.

Engaging with queer and non-binary artists Bodies without Organs is a group show that explores how contemporary artists transgress and subvert our understanding of materiality and form. These artists from within and outside the ACT intentionally destabilise the traditional codes of abstract painting and sculpture to create works of art that question binary notions of gender, identity and the body. The exhibition and program of events examine, reveal and create space to share queer stories through works of art.
