CCAS Studio Residencies

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Following the Australia Council’s decision not to provide recurrent funding for CCAS beyond 2016, it is necessary to suspend The Studio Residency Program and the International Residency Exchange Program for 2017. While CCAS sincerely regrets the loss of these exciting programs for emerging and established artists, funding uncertainty means it is not possible to maintain residencies for the time being. Naturally we will be working to bring residencies back into the program at the earliest opportunity. Stay tuned ! Should potential applicants have any questions regarding the future CCAS’s residencies please call Director, David Broker 02 6247 0188

RESÒ NETWORK RESIDENCY, PIÉMONTE, ITALY

Exciting news ! Along with venues in Brazil, Israel, Egypt, Columbia and India, CCAS has become one of the international partners in the RESÒ International Art Exchange Residency Program. ACT based artists have the opportunity to apply for a 6-9 week residency at one of RESÒ’s three locations in beautiful Piemonte, Northern Italy. The successful applicant will be selected by RESÒ network who will pay for airfares, board and lodging, travel insurance, an amount for materials and a per diem for the time of the residency. The artists will be introduced to the local art scene through a program of studio visits and talks. This is an exchange project meaning that CCAS will also host an Italian artist in residence later in the year.

Deadline for applications: PROGRAM SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
