PATRICK LARMOUR
(2012)

Pat Larmour.jpg

Patrick Larmour is a painter who is interested in “the domestic, personal everyday and the structures and objects that maintain it.” Objects of primary interest for Patrick are empty packets of medication used to treat ongoing conditions. He says, “these become like food, rest and soap, a constant maintenance and a preventative against something that disrupts the flow of normality”.

During his CCAS studio residency Patrick hopes to expand his practice to “a wider view of the everyday and the objects that relate to private domestic actions and moments.”
