TIMOTHY PHILLIPS

Timothy Phillips is a painter who uses still life to explore concerns in contemporary representational painting. Aware of the history of the still life, Timothy aims to use this genre as a means of recording with each work an act of self-portraiture. Timothy plans to expand upon these practices during his residency at Canberra Contemporary Art Space.
